Bio

I am a "young Jewish professional" from NYC in my 20's in the process of making aliyah.
This blog originally started out as a trip blog from my post-graduate school trip to Israel and evolved into my aliyah blog.
This blog is as-it-happens and all the frustrations and good things that happen and go along in this crazy process...from the "I don't really know if I want to do this" to "I'm totally doing this...ASAP!" to "Not happening so soon"-- and hopefully will soon be "Right, so I'm at the airport, waiting to take off..." and "I landed. More on that later."
I really don't know how this is going to turn out, all I know is what's happened so far. I'm trying to do this uncensored and let whatever come out, come out, but I might have to change or leave out a few details and names for other people's privacy.
